XLM is only up 20% (instead of 100%) because coin burn does not affect the circulating supply of the cryptocurrency.

Binance added a fiat gateway to NGN on October 24, and today they announced the official launch of a fiat gateway to RUB through Advcash. Also, the exchange may soon support Ukraine's and Kazakhstan's currencies.
According to The Block, Ukraine’s hryvnia (UAH) and Kazakhstan’s tenge (KZT) were today added to Binance’s application programming interface or API. It is not yet known which third-party service the exchange will choose for UAH and KZT if they are listed later.

Istanbul Hardfork Date Confirmed
Ethereum developer Peter Szilagyi confirmed that Istanbul hardfork will be held on about December 4.
According to his words, the protocol update will be activated on block # 9 069 000, and not on # 9 056 000, as previously assumed. Service versions of the popular Geth client (v1.9.7), designed to implement the Ethereum network hardfork, have already been released.
